Despite Covid 19 scare, Manchester City swindle past Swindon 4-1 to progress in the FA cup.
City boss Pep Guardiola and his assistant were both away after testing Covid 19 positive, including seven first eleven players and some other backroom staffs.
Manchester city made four changes in the match, which paid off in the 14th minute as Cole Palmar made an impressive run before passing to Bernardo Silva who made the finish from close range.

Just before the half-hour mark, the visitors doubled their lead, with Jesus blasting Past Lewis Ward. Swindon's attempt to move the ball out from the back was unsuccessful, as City won the ball back before Kevin De Bruyne played in the City striker to finish.
Swindon made more effort to bounce back into the game, but Pep's men showed their superiority by blocking all chances made by their opponents
Gundogan made it three for city following a well played free kick from 30 yards away which went past Lewis.
Gabriel Jesus missed a penalty two minutes later, after a weak shot before Swindon McKirdy finished neatly to register a consolation goal for Swindon scoring his fifth goal in two matches.
However, Man city were not done yet as impressive Palmer added a fourth from a tight angle goal, recording his side three goal lead and scoring his first FA cup goal.

No doubt City squad made a statement but one man definitely stands out, "Cole Palmer". the 19 year old striker made a name for himself being the most inexperienced player on the pitch but later went on to become the man of the match.

"I've just got to keep working hard. Got to keep going and try and get more minutes and help the team out." Palmer said.
Probably with Riyad Mahrez being out on international duties, Cole Palmer may fit in and may feature in the match against Chelsea.
